"US style NEIPA 7%. Golden Promise base with oats. Dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot and YCH 301 Cryo Mosaic. Straw coloured, unfiltered, creamy body with a low bitterness. And naturally, when it comes to our somewhat arbitrary bird logic, the bigger the bird, the bigger the dry-hop, and at 20 grams a litre the tropical fruit aroma is truly pungent."

Visually it stands out for its light and bright yellow color, with that elegant haze that defines the style. On the nose it is a real fruity explosion where the New Zealand Nectaron hops unfold massive aromas of peach, pineapple and passion fruit, while the Riwaka brings intense notes of grapefruit and even more tropical nuances. On the palate it is pure juice: a juicy, balanced and refreshing experience with a very subtle bitterness. "For our first collaboration with the iconic brewery Garage in Barcelona, we wanted to make a style that we both love very much, a thick NEIPA with some of our favorite hops of the moment, Citra and Dolcita (ex HBC 1019) for the fruity side, and some Hand Selected Strata from Hops Company for a little bit of danknesss."
