Alvinne's Fellowship 2024...
€ 29,95Fellowship 2024 Ale No 6. There lies, tucked in the heart of the Shire, a place where tales grow tall and mugs are never empty - The Green Dragon Inn. It is a name spoken with warmth, laughter, and the clink of well-worn tankards. Born of mixed fermentation and aged with the patience of old innkeepers, Phi was laid to rest in barrels of Wild Turkey Bourbon and Tawny Port, where time wove its magic. The sourness sings like a fiddler at dusk, lively and bright, while the barrel's kiss adds depth, warmth, and echoes of distant lands. Thus, the beer took on a name worthy of song: The Green Dragon Inn - a drink to rouse the heart, loosen the tongue, and remind all who sip it of home, hearth, and the road that ever goes on."

Alvinne's Fellowship 2024...
€ 29,95Fellowship 2024 Ale No 3. "In the cellars where silence reigns and the stone walls remember songs long forgotten, a noble brew was laid to rest. Theo, as it was once called, found slumber in a barrel of Margaux red wine-oak steeped in the blood of vineyards from lands far beyond the sea. For two years it dreamt beneath the earth, drawing wisdom from the wood, strength from the wine, and spirit from the stillness. When it awoke, it was no longer Theo. It had become Theodén - a kingly name, bold and grave, bearing the weight of time and the richness of its lineage. A beer for those who would drink with honor, and remember."

Alvinne's Fellowship 2024...
€ 29,95: 4Fellowship 2024 Ale No 4. "Far across the sundering seas, in the West beyond the reach of mortal sails, lies Tol Eressëa - the Lonely Isle, shrouded in song and mist. It is from this legend that a brew takes its name. For three long years, it slumbered in barrels that once cradled the deep, fortified wines of Madeira - an island whispered of in old tongues, distant yet resonant with warmth and wonder. The wood, kissed by salt and sun, gave freely of its memory. Thus was born Tol Eressëa, a beer touched by the echo of elven shores - gentle, deep, and radiant with the light of the West. Not merely a drink, but a remembrance of things unseen and far away."

Unseen Arakiri
€ 4,75"A raspberry kettle sour that doesn’t pull punches. Brewed with a savage 200g/L of fresh raspberries, this bright red beast hits hard on the nose—like diving headfirst into a berry field. On the palate: sharp raspberry attack, super refreshing acidity, and a smooth lactic backbone from our lactobacillus culture, giving it a subtle, yogurt-like roundness. Dry, clean, no sugar left standing. It's a fruit kata in a glass—bold, refreshing, and dangerously drinkable. Think Mount Fuji at dawn, with a parrot on your shoulder and a katana in your hand."
-
Unseen Pachanero
€ 3,45"A caliente Berliner Weisse straight from the Andes to the Yucatán. Fermented with Philly Sour for that soft pear and stone fruit profile, this sour gets a serious citrus boost with a generous dose of lime juice mid-fermentation. The twist? A touch of fresh habanero chili — fruity, fragrant, and gently warming, never overpowering. It’s a perfect balance: lactic freshness up front, tropical depth in the middle, and a slow, satisfying heat at the end. Sip it cold, feel the sunshine, and let Señor Habanero dance on your tongue."
-
Unseen Teddy B
€ 4,96"Our first NEIPA, brewed like a hug. Double dry-hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic & Citra for a juicy burst of mango, lime, pineapple & passion fruit. The grist features a silky combo of oats and wheat, giving it that plush, nostalgic mouthfeel—like your childhood teddy in liquid form. A generous whirlpool addition brings just the right touch of bitterness, enough to keep each sip fresh and make you want to dive right back in. Hazy, aromatic, smooth and balanced: Teddy B is the kind of NEIPA that sticks with you (and your fridge). Tender, juicy… and dangerously pintable."

This new double dry hopped (Double India Pale Ale) clocks in at 8% ABV forever, super smoothly singing songs of ripe mango and peach rings, a hint of clementine bubblegum backed up by some sort of honeydew and lemongrass lollipop. Undeniably juicy, fun and expressive. "

Verdant Biggest Stupidest...
€ 8,88: 1"We have really let the reigns off with this one! A super lean west coast DIPA built ground up with pilsner malt, rasping C hop bittering coupled to excessive late hop additions and a healthy hop dip. Fermented clean with Chico and then dry hopped hard and huge with a superstar quartet. Stunner."
