"Ambrosia is one of Boerenerf's unconventional blends: a mead 'diluted' with 10% lambic and macerated with the famous Schaarbeek sour cherries. The deep ruby-red liquid, without a head, has a slight purple tint and looks very much like a full-bodied red wine. The aroma consists of aged dark honey, concentrated sweet cherry juice, a hint of wood from the cherry pits, and subtle lambic notes. When warmed, a faint 'sweaty' smell emerges. There are also hints of pomegranate, cuberdons, wine gums, honey caramel, and a touch of fresh varnish."

"The granite cuvée comes from a granitic soil that offers a big character with good minerality. It is the expression of very old trees pears (300 years) measuring 20 meters high who never saw a drop of chemical treatment. 17 varieties of pears carefully sorted and divided into identical quantity make up each year, in order to receive the identity of the vintage, this wine.
Eric Bordelet area, is located in southern Normandy, on the massif Armoricain in an extension of the Domfrontais on the borders of Mayenne and Orne."

"Cidre Extra-Brut (Monovarietal Avrolles) Pour cette cuvée, nous avons travaillé la pomme Avrolles, une variété emblématique du Pays d’Othe, achetée à un producteur voisin. Ce cidre extra-brut, élevé en foudre de chêne, a un caractère âpre et subtil, rappelant les cidres basques."

100% Pinot Noir. "The grapes were harvested north of the Yonne from thirty-year-old vines. Fermented using its own indigenous yeasts and without any additives, this wine underwent a short maceration before pressing, followed by a year of aging in stainless steel vats. No added sulfites.
