"Black currants, raspberries and a lot of raw sunflower honey are the ingredients of our first own mead. Matured in wooden barrels (5 months in red wine barrels), to really bring out the flavours.
And the name? This refers to a record by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, the favourite album of all time by brewer Jorre of De Mederie.

Upcoming in about two weeks (by the end of November) we are going to release the newest version of our Session Mead - this time with black currant, blueberries, local floral honey and a lot of herbs and spices (basil, coriander, lavender, rosemary, thyme, fennel, marjoram, tarragon, orange peels). We balanced the sweetness, increased the intensity of berry flavours and backed it up with funky and herbal tones of the wide choice of herbs and spices.
