Stu Mostów WILD 11 - Bière...
€ 7,89"Release number 11 from our small and lovely barrel room. A Mixed Fermentation Bière de Garde, co fermented with an expressive Franco-Belgian yeast strain and our house Brettanomyces blend. The malt bill in this beer is more complex than our average standard in wild beers. Showcasing a blend of Pilsner, rye, wheat and 4 special caramel malts. Hopped with our very best German Tettnanger and Hersbrucker hops. Fermented first in steel tanks and then rested for a year in second use Bourbon barrel that previously contained one of our lovely Baltic porters. Bottled in early fall 2020 and bottle conditioned since then to get a fine, and elegant medium carbonation." BBD is 10/03/2024

€ 10,29"Another instalment of the connoisseurs’ acclaimed line of beers inspired by light wines and ciders. Its base is a unique Saison style blend, barrel aged and then refermented with local raspberries, blackberries, plums – and Rondo grapes (during the brewing process we also used barley and wheat malts and oatmeal). Already bottled, Wild#16 was bottle conditioned for up to ten months."

€ 10,79"X Anniversary 10/10 Mixed Fermentation Honey Saison - 10th in a series of anniversary beers. Wild beer, fermented with a blend of wild yeast and bacteria from Stu Mostów Brewery. The idea for this beer was born during a meeting with B. Nektar Meadery, where the most interesting barrels were selected to create a unique blend of wild beers. A significant amount of Polish local multifloral honey from the Zloty Miód apiary was then added. As the wild yeast fermented the honey, the beer developed a dry profile while retaining a pleasant sweet floral honey aroma. Before bottling, an extra portion of honey was added, enabling natural carbonation through bottle refermentation. "

€ 6,03: 1"One of three beers promoting the Beer Geek Madness 2026 festival brewed with Trzech Kumpli brewery. Browar Trzech Kumpli is among the top names in the Polish craft scene, so this collaboration is especially exciting. A hybrid of an IPA and a fruited sour was brewed without lactose or maltodextrin, with fullness coming solely from the malts and fruit. Mosaic in the whirlpool and Mosaic Prysma extract added cold provide an intense hop aroma. Mandarin and banana bring juicy character, while the low bitterness lets the fruit shine. The beer was soured by the house yeast strain."

The American brewery Spyglass Brewing Company will make its first appearance in Wroclaw at the Beer Geek Madness Festival, making this collaboration especially exciting. A festival NEIPA was brewed with a thick, oat-heavy base and a unique hop profile. A rare experimental Australian hop, HPA 033, brings sweet notes of mango and marshmallow with a light citrus finish. Galaxy adds touches of stone fruit and passion fruit. Juicy, aromatic, and highly drinkable – a standout festival brew."
