"A very special variation of our Soyouz base beer, cold-infused with some fresh Ecuador cacao roasted Frederick Blondeel and Ecuador whole coffee beans from Café Delahaut. Of note, we collected the cacao and coffee beans directly from their production site and infused them within 24h after the roasting process, in order to perfectly preserve their delicate aroma.
The blend creates a beautiful bouquet of chocolate, coffee, nuts, praliné and red fruits. As always, the Soyouz base beer has a marked bitterness that creates some balance and reminds the bitterness of coffee and cocoa. Open between 10-12°C and allow to open and warm up throughout the tasting."

"We have prepared a blend of two Imperial Stouts from our Barrel Room. We combined an imperial stout aged for over 2 years (28 months) in Buffalo Trace pastry barrels with a double mash stout aged for almost a year (10 months) in Jim Beam and Wild Turkey barrels. Both of these beers are intense, strong and thick, in one of them we used a huge amount of malts and long cooking to obtain high extract, while in the other we used the "double mash" technique. Version with the addition of peanut butter, vanilla and chocolate aroma"

"This is a combination of two Imperial Stouts, carefully matured in our Barrel Room. We combined Imperial Stout, aged for over 2 years in Buffalo Trace Pastry barrels, with Double Mash Imperial Stout, which spent almost a year in a Jim Beam and Wild Turkey barrels. "Now in it's 7th vintage. We work with one of the largest mashes in our brewery to produce this delicate and decadent Imperial stout. To celebrate the 7th vintage we hand selected some of the finest small batch whiskey casks from our friends at Teeling's Irish Whiskey. This year's vintage was racked to those barrels back in October 2020."

"Strong coffee aroma, we choosed this specific coffee for its sourness. It gives some beautifull notes of raspberry, red berries, strawberries, hazelnuts, butter and citrus.
We aged this beer for 1 year on 2 Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels and 1 Whiskey Sauterne Barrel. After 10 months of aging we added 2kg fresh roasted coffee beans (By Crossroast in Antwerp) and 15 Vanillabeans in each barrel.
After 2 more months we blended the barrels together and added some more vanillabeans.
Result is a very complex coffee stout. Lots of barrel notes, a crisp sourness of the coffee that gives the beer a high drinkability."
