    "Casamentos - Baptizados is a collaboration with Burial Beer Co. The idea of exploring the traditional pastry universe came from Doug - co-founder of Burial - and Pastel de Nata seemed to be the right icon to inspire this beer. The malt bill was chosen to recreate pastel de nata’s base and the use of lactose, vanilla beans and cinnamon also played supporting roles. This resulted in a 10% Imperial Stout with an intense and velvety body, inspired in the traditional Portuguese pastries."
