Season 18/19 Assemblage #106. Bottled on 30/08/19. This particular Hommage has a final fruit intensity of 352 grams of fruit per liter of Hommage. The lambics originate from 4 different barrels and 4 different brews. Lambics originate from 3 Fonteinen (40%) and Brouwerij Lindemans (60%).

Season 18/19 Assemblage #9. Bottled on 28/11/18. This particular Hommage has macerated a bit more than 6 months.The maceration ratio is 72% raspberries and 28% cherries.

Season 18/19 Assemblage #110. Bottled on 19/09/19. "For the first time ever, we have blended raspberry lambic and sour cherry lambic rather than macerating both fruits together, in order to find balance throughout the increasing fruit varieties. The fruit proportion is 83% raspberries and 17% sour cherries, the lambics originate from 6 different barrels and 5 different brews (25% 3 Fonteinen lambic, 75% Lindemans)."

Season 2019-2020, Assemblage #12. Bottled on 13/12/19. "For this Hommage iteration, we blended about one third of kriekenlambik with two thirds of frambozenlambik, both macerated on stainless steel. The weighted average maceration time was four and a half months. While macerating and blending, we used lambikken originating from 4 different barrels and 6 different brews. The final fruit intensity amounts up to 413 grams of fruit per litre of Hommage. Finally, we added some honey just before bottling. 100% 3 Fonteinen."

"Inspired by Agua de jamaica a typical sweet and acidic Mexican beverage. 100% organic belgian pilsner malt no-boil Berliner style brew with 2,75 kg hibiscus added to the kettle at 93º for 30 minutes before knockout. Co-fermented with L. plantarum and our house yeast culture. We used orange zest/juice from our family farm and dry hopped with a small amount of palisade hops. Just before packaging a final addition of hibiscus was added for an extra layer of flavour."

Bottle under high presusre, be careful when opening it! The new Horal's Oude Gueuze Megablend for the 13th "Toer de Gueuze". It was made with lambics from 10 diffrent Brewers and blenders of gueuze: Boon, De Oude Cam, De Troch, Hanssens, Tilquin, Lambiek Fabriek, Lindemans, Mort Subite, Oud Beersel and Timmermans. Bottled in September 2020.

"sprøng is a blend of mature wild ales, aged in oak puncheons (400 and 500L) for around 1,5 up to 3 years, and a barrel fermented and aged saison type of beer, which was dryhopped for a few months with Saaz hops. We’ve added Sicilian sage and also wormwood (artemisia absinthium and another secret variety) to the final blend to macerate a week before bottling. "In late 2019 we blended together a one-year-old, spontaneously fermented, beer with a barleywine-inspired wild ale that had fermented and aged upon California Flame raisins for nine months. This blend was allowed to undergo a secondary fermentation, in barrel, marrying the two beers over the course of seventeen months before being laid to rest in bottles. The resulting beer, more akin to fortified wine in its profile, was packaged still and offers notes of brown sugar, late harvest grape, luxardo cherry, and cassis. From us to you, we present A Moment’s Rest."
