"For this lambic-braggot (= a beer-mead hybrid) 'Could Heaven Ever Be Like This', cherries and cassis mead from De Mederie were blended with young and three-year-old lambic from 3 Fonteinen in a ratio of around 50%-50%. For the name, we found inspiration in the song 'Could Heaven Ever Be Like This' by jazz drummer Idris Muhammad; a song that represents the clash of all the subtleties, funkiness, nuances and liveliness of both worlds, intertwined in this bottle. The fitting label design came from @Letterlik."

Gamay 2022. Naturally feremnted without any additions. Carbonic maceration for 6 weeks and aged for 8 months in wooden barrels and foeders.

100% Gelber Muskateller. "Method: After a maceration on full cluster for a few hours, the grapes were pressed and then completely transferred to a stainless steel tank. There the wine continued to ferment and mature on its coarse lees for 8 months. The bottling was done with as little oxygen and movement as possible to keep the wine fresh and crisp." 100% Pinot Noir. "Method: Light maceration of Pinot Noir. The grapes were partly crushed and partly macerated with full cluster for a few hours. This gives a light style of red/rosé with lots of fruit. Primary fermentation and later aging in wood for 8 months which rounds off the acids".. Limited to 454 bottles.

"Probably one of our most experimental blends we did so far. We infused a blend of red wine barrel aged ciders with rose petals and fig leaves. To add color and and extra dimension it was backblended with a small amount of red beetroot cider."

"In 2022, we had the incredible opportunity to pick grapes at the winery Andi Mann. The Dornfelder grapes macerated in the cider for four weeks and were pressed later on. The wine aged in barriques for nine months. It can be drunk like a Lambrusco, but it's even better! It has a delicious taste with notes of violets, raspberries and Amarena cherries."
