DDH NEIPA with Nelson Sauvin, RiWaka and Eclipse.

Juicy NEIPA hopped with NELSON SAUVIN, NECTARON & ECLIPSE

"O is for Oso, from Madrid, with an origin story beginning in Uttoxeter. An outlandish outlay of New Zealand hops went into this opulent and juicy IPA. Originator is an orchestra of flavours and aromas, all playing in tune with your tastebuds."

"Q is for La Quince, quality beer merchants from Madrid. Quizmaster is a thirst quenching NEIPA brewed with quirky variants of quintessential modern hops. Don't question, don't quibble, quaff now without delay."

Hazy IPA w. Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, Citra, Mosaïc

"This Single Hop IPA has been brewed with one of those new generation hops from Slovenia: Styrian Dragon. Expect balanced notes of tropical fruits, grapefruit and berries. Very easy drinking!"

"A 5.5% NEIPA that’s smooth, silky, and incredibly juicy. English pale malt, rolled oats, and a tropical yeast set the stage for a generous dose of Riwaka, Citra, and Idaho 7 hops, delivering tropical fruit, citrus, and that intense, fresh character we were looking for."

"This 6.2% NEIPA combines Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka to deliver an explosion of tropical fruit, white grapes, lime, and fresh citrus, with that characteristic touch of New Zealand hops that gives it an unmistakable personality. It has a silky body, a creamy texture, and perfectly integrated bitterness that lets the hops take center stage."

"This 7% NEIPA combines Citra, Motueka, and NZ Cascade hops to deliver an explosion of mango, passion fruit, lime, and a hint of citrus that fills the glass from the very first sip. It has a silky body, a creamy texture, and perfectly integrated bitterness that allows the hops to shine with full intensity."

"Hazy IPA w/ EKG, Mosaic, Krush, Riwaka and Motueka hops. Brewed in collab w/ Dougall's"

"The rebellious little sister of the Patxi Hopman series, which you can spot from a distance thanks to its hoppy aroma. It has a crystal-clear appearance and a very light body, with intense citrus and herbal notes on the nose, followed by a pronounced citrus presence and a distinct, pleasant bitterness on the palate. Extremely refreshing you’ll find yourself drinking one after another without even realizing it."

"This NZ Double NEIPA DDH combines two different yet complementary New Zealand terroirs. The Nelson Sauvin comes from Sunrise Valley Farm (plots 16, 22, 21, and 9), where the mild maritime climate lends a touch of freshness. The Manilita, meanwhile, grows at Nelson Lakes Farm (plot A1 in the Tutaki Valley) on sandy loam soil. The combination is rich in oils and features exotic notes (mango, passion fruit)."

"Here’s a Franco-Belgian NEIPA we brewed in collaboration with Brussels Beer Project, featuring a generous dry-hopping blend that combines the signature hops from Fauve’s “Rejaillir le Feu” NEIPA (Mosaic, Simcoe, and Sabro) and Brussels Beer Project’s “Delta IPA” (Citra, Mosaic, and Smaragd).

What makes this NEIPA unique is the use of a base of Belgian malts, which gives it a silky texture and a slightly orange hue, as well as the addition of Smaragd hops, which bring out spicy notes."

"Hazy DIPA with NZH-101, NZH-106, Citra & Nelson Sauvin

"This is the third stop in the UNCHARTED OUTPOSTS series – a travelling project where Uncharted Brew Co takes full creative control on borrowed stainless.

Brewed at our legendary friends of La Source, GHOST FREQUENCY is a TDH Hazy IPA tuned to a different wavelength. Loud with tropical fruit and wrapped in a dense haze, it emerges from the static like a whisper in an empty room.

Whirlpool: Amarillo / Cashmere
Dry hop: Amarillo / Mosaic / Nectaron

Different tanks. Same restless spirit."
