Overflowing with vibrant notes of mango, guava, and passion fruit, it unfolds into delicate hints of citrus and ripe peach. Gently bitter, irresistibly smooth, and endlessly drinkable. Life — what is it, but a dream?"

"6.8% New Europe IPA (Hallertau Blanc, Aramis, Tiskel, Mandarina Bavaria, Callista)"

Hazy IPA w. Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, Citra, Mosaïc

"This Single Hop IPA has been brewed with one of those new generation hops from Slovenia: Styrian Dragon. Expect balanced notes of tropical fruits, grapefruit and berries. Very easy drinking!"

"This is the third stop in the UNCHARTED OUTPOSTS series – a travelling project where Uncharted Brew Co takes full creative control on borrowed stainless.

Brewed at our legendary friends of La Source, GHOST FREQUENCY is a TDH Hazy IPA tuned to a different wavelength. Loud with tropical fruit and wrapped in a dense haze, it emerges from the static like a whisper in an empty room.

Whirlpool: Amarillo / Cashmere
Dry hop: Amarillo / Mosaic / Nectaron

Different tanks. Same restless spirit."

"La Source 7th Bday party is coming (17 October) for this occasion we brewed 7 beers based on the 7 deadly sins :D Here's our first one! A Brut IPA fermented with Champagne yeast, finished with a heavy dose of Citra and Amarillo + lots of orange zests! Your perfect lazy-brunch beer!"

"Our super juicy NEIPA in it's brand new version, dry hopped with Meridian & Citra at 15g/L. Expect HUGE tropical juiciness with notes of mango, papaya and orange"

"TASTE: Mildly sweet, gentle bitterness, mild lingering sweetness, subtle lingering bitterness.
MOUTHFEEL: Medium body, mildly warming, moderate carbonation, not astringent and moderately mouthwatering.
OVERALL: US NEIPA Style with Hallertau Blanc 5.9% Malt: Simpsons GP, GNO & Torrified Wheat & Crisp Flaked Oats Hops: YCH Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe & Hallertau Blance Yeast: 067"

5% Session Hazy IPA (Galaxy & Enigma)

"This is our modern West Coast IPA. Brewed with Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic to give that dry, snappy, fresh bitter flavour with a full mouthfeel and a nice kick on the back end. Everything is just Fine and Dandy!"
