I Would Give Her Flowers is a Mexican Lager (4.5%) A style we’ve wanted to brew for years. Inspired by Kahlo’s beloved sanctuary garden at La Casa Azul, this is crisp, clean, and beautifully bright. Expect a rounded malt body with a distinct flaked maize note, finished with a vibrant, natural, limey zing from Motueka hops."

"A new experiment from Yakima Chief’s FWD 2026 program, this time crossed with our “Craft Lager Projekt”!With this West Coast PilsnerDDH, we set out to create a beer that combines great drinkability with captivating aromas. Using a 100% French grain bill, we’ve blended the finesse of a traditional bottom-fermented beer with the subtle flavors of the experimental American HBC 1134 hop variety in HyperBoost and T90 formats, paired with French Triskel and Citra hops. These hop varieties complement each other perfectly in this beer style, and the result is both crisp and flavorful."
