De Dolle Stille Nacht...
8,55 €"Stille Nacht (Silent Night) is a prestige beer from De Dolle Brouwers, brewed for Christmas. It has a very potent beer (12% alc/vol). It has been boiling for many hours, brewed with pale malt with white candy sugar in the kettle. The Nugget hops gives an extra bitterness to balance the extreme sweetness due to the density. The taste triangle is completed with some acidity of the fermentation. It is a very interesting beer to age."

Atrium 'Verno 20
4,87 €"Winter ale inspired by a Buche de Noël! Brewed with Vienna malt for a lightly sweet and nutty body, oats for a creamy mouthfeel, rye for a touch of spiciness, lactose for the milky side, Madagascar vanilla for the dessert aroma, cacao nibs for the chocolate touch and last but not least, a lot of home roasted pecan nuts... because we love it.
Ou comme un client la décrit : Gourmande, crèmeuse, réconfortante. Douillette comme des pantoufles chaudes" BB is 12/2023 -

De Ranke Père Noel
2,33 €Vintage 2022. "Père Noël is a Christmas ale, though very different from any other Christmas ales you might know. While most Christmas ales are rich & sweet, this one is amber-coloured, 7% vol. Alc. strong and tastes quite bitter. The complex taste is completed with the addition of liquorice. In the recipe we can also find pale malt, Munich malt, Caramel malt, Brewers Gold hops and Hallertau hops."
