Vintage 2023. "Père Noël is a Christmas ale, though very different from any other Christmas ales you might know. While most Christmas ales are rich & sweet, this one is amber-coloured, 7% vol. Alc. strong and tastes quite bitter. The complex taste is completed with the addition of liquorice. In the recipe we can also find pale malt, Munich malt, Caramel malt, Brewers Gold hops and Hallertau hops."

"Grisette is the little cousin to our Saison. It is brewed to drink fresh but will age nicely with our mixed house yeast/brett culture. Low alcohol, dry, refreshing, light bodied beer with notes of citrus and tropical fruit balanced with earthy continental hop character and moderate bitterness. "Berliner weisse "sauvage" avec un mélange maison (brett, saccharos, bactéries...). Nous y avons ajouté une micro touche de plantes (fleurs et basilic) qui se sent à peine (dépend de la température de service). 5% pour une acidité bien citronnée, et une belle ampleur."

Vintage 2024. "A re-imagining of one of the most enigmatic beers to come out of the head of Dany Prignon. Ale brewed with spices, water, barley, hops, yeast, and candy sugar. Belgian Beer Club De Heikantse Bierliefhebbers was involved in the commemoration of the "Boerenkrijg" (the Flemish peasant war against the French occupier) in 1798. In regard to the original 1998 batch, on the occasion of the 200th anniversary, Dany Prignon (Fantôme Brewery) brewed the beer Caeymaex for them. Mr Caeymaex was, at time of this war, mayor of Berlaar and leader of a small peasant army that fought with the French."
