De la Senne Brussels Calling
€3.17Belgian IPA. Vintage 2024 "Bitter is Better". Brewed with organic ingredients.
-
De la Senne Bruxellensis
€3.23"4 months bottle refermented with 100% Brussels Brettanomyces yeast.
Amber colored with copper reflections, very fruity (pineapple and red fruits), sustained by hop flavors and complex notes of old leather. In spite of its 6,5%, its dry and bitter finish makes it a surprising thirst-quencher." -
Siren Sunlight Shapes
€4.29"This special lager is a scaled-up Munich-Style Helles, with pleasing sweetness coming from the traditional grains. Bavarian hops add floral and citrus notes, playing against subtle vanilla and delicate tannins of the oak before a beautifully clean, graceful finish."

Burning Sky Saison...
€18.31"Brewed just once a year, Anniversaire is a celebration of everything we at Burning Sky love about saisons. Lightly spiced in the boil, this special edition beer was fermented and aged entirely in French Chardonnay Barriques using our house saison and a blend of wild yeast strains."
-
Burning Sky Wild Rose Saison
€18.86: 4"Wild Rose Saison is a mixed fermentation beer using our unique house culture. Wild rose hips were added to the copper with select spices and noble hops. A lengthy fermentation in fresh red wine barriques has produced a delightful beer with notes of roses, fresh strawberries and rounded off with a subtle funk."

Atom Hop Farm
€23.92: 2"As part of the charity auction during the Denver Rare Beer Festival we offered up a brew day on our copper kettle. Our new friends Malia and Bryson Dunn were the lucky winners of that auction. Together we created Hop Farm. We took a straight forward 50/50 malt bill of wheat and pilsner malt and added eight hop additions during the boil. We chose the hops for their aromatic properties, not their bittering characteristics. This beer shows how you can layer in amazing hop character without creating a bitter hop bomb. Enjoy!"
