Oat Cream IPA

"Pils brewed between friends with belgian malts, czech yeast and dry hopped with german hops. Collab with Sibeeria Brewing, Praha."

"Light orange color and fruity aromas. Its dry-hopping process results in touches of fruit such as mango, pineapple, peach and litchi. Its low contents of alcohol increases the bitterness perception of its taste. Low degree of alcohol but large contents of Cryo Hops Ekuanot in the whirlpool and for dry-hopping. Small but angry… like a chihuahua!"

Blanche/Witbier brewed with clementine peel, lime peel and corander.

Stout fermented naturally with feshly pressed Gamay wort from Domaine Cinq Peyres in France. best before is 11/2023

"A non-alcoholic IPA with a sharp, dry bitterness at first. Fruity, citrus and wheat aromas follow. The body is light, with fine, refreshing, dehydrating bubbles. On nose, hops and cereals predominate. The foam is clear and long-tasting."

Double IPA

"Finesse is a soft three triple-grain with barley, wheat and rye malt, with a slightly sweet, spicy hoppiness."

A pure-malt ale, made of barley, wheat and ryemalt. 3 sorts of german hops.
A fruity and yet a spicy triple with a smooth pleasent biterness, full flavour and still sufficient dry aftertaste to garantee drinkability.
The Finesse was aged in brand new oak barrels.

"De Dulle Teve is brewed in the tradition of a Belgian Triple. Its high density stems from large amounts of pale malt increased with pale candi sugar in the brew kettle. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, bottle-conditioned. De Dulle Teve keeps two to three years without major changes in taste. Further maturing, up to 10 years, will cause it to darken a little and lose some of its bitterness. The bittering of about 30 IBU is due to Goldings hops in the brew kettle."
