Atrium 'Verno 20
€4.87"Winter ale inspired by a Buche de Noël! Brewed with Vienna malt for a lightly sweet and nutty body, oats for a creamy mouthfeel, rye for a touch of spiciness, lactose for the milky side, Madagascar vanilla for the dessert aroma, cacao nibs for the chocolate touch and last but not least, a lot of home roasted pecan nuts... because we love it.
Ou comme un client la décrit : Gourmande, crèmeuse, réconfortante. Douillette comme des pantoufles chaudes" BB is 12/2023 -

Copenhagen Commons Twenty...
€3.97"Twenty Hounds is our Danish Golden Strong Ale with a hoppy twist from a hearty measure of French Strisselspalt, Polish Sybilla and Slovenian Celeia hops. Traditional Belgian ale yeast contributes a strong fruity aroma, tropical flavors and a subtle peppery spice. This is balanced with a robust malty backbone and an elevated alcohol content for a smooth finish and a guaranteed good time."
-
Copenhagen Commons Wild...
€3.97"North meets south in this Danish Ale lavishly hopped with Motueka, Pacifica and Wai-iti from New Zealand. The bready malt character balances out the bitterness from a heavy hop bill, letting the tropical fruit flavors and floral aromas of these southern hemisphere hops shine."

De Dolle Dulle Teve
€4.05"De Dulle Teve is brewed in the tradition of a Belgian Triple. Its high density stems from large amounts of pale malt increased with pale candi sugar in the brew kettle. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, bottle-conditioned. De Dulle Teve keeps two to three years without major changes in taste. Further maturing, up to 10 years, will cause it to darken a little and lose some of its bitterness. The bittering of about 30 IBU is due to Goldings hops in the brew kettle."
