€15.31: 1Season 2019-2020, Assemblage #77. Bottled on 23/09/20."This specific Oude Kriek Intens Rood has macerated for almost 10 months on five different lambics from two barrels. Another four different lambics from another two barrels were used in the blending process. The final fruit intensity was about 442 grams of sour cherries per litre of Intens Rood.

Verzet Oud Bruin Walnut 2021
€15.37"This beer is created by adding green walnuts to beer that was aged on wooden barrels for at least one year. We picked the nuts in july last year in the garden of a friend. They were harvested when they were still greeen before the wooden shell started to appear. The young fruit gives a herbal, nutty aroma to the beer. The subtle bitterness balances the fresh sourness of the Oud Bruin. Go nuts and try this interesting infusion."

€15.41Season 2021-2022. Assemblage n°57. Bottled on 31/03/2022. "For this Oude Geuze Platinum Blend, we blended lambikken originating from four different barrels and nine different brews. We used one- two- and four-year old lambikken, in a 27/30/43 proportion and finished the blend with some freshly brewed wort. This way, the weighted average age of this bottle, upon bottling, clocks at to more than 30 months. Add to that at least a full year of bottle conditioning, and it will have reached a weighted age of more than 42 months. Almost 40% of the blend consists of lambikken brewed with grains form our own Cereal Collective."

The lambikken used were one-, two-, three- and four-year old. This renders the weighted average age up to more than twenty-six months. Lambikken were brewed by ourselves, as well as De Troch and Lindemans."

€15.67: 1Season 2021-2022 Assemblage #75. Bottled on 24/05/2022 "This particular blend of Oude Geuze consists of nine different brews originating from nine different barrels. More than 80% of the blend consists of lambikken brewed by ourselves. More than 60% of the blend consist of lambikken of two, three and four years old, bringing the weighted average age to more than 28 months. Half of the combined grain bill was composed of cereals that we sourced from our Cereal Collective in and around Pajottenland."

Bottled on 03/05/2022 "For this particular blend of Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken originating from six different barrels and ten different brews, brewed by three different brewers. We put a large part of lambikken of at least 24 months old (44%) and of at least 36 months old (36%). This way, the weighted average age of this blend upon bottling is more than 29 months. Of the lambikken brewed by 3 Fonteinen, more than half of the cereals used was sourced from our own Cereal Collective in and around Pajottenland."

€15.67Season 2020-2021 Assemblage #43. Bottled on 20/04/2021. "In the spring of 2020, we bottled a Golden Blend (season 19|20 No. 40), containing lambikken from four different barrels and six different brews with three different breweries. Fifteen months of cellar conditioning and ageing later, this geuze blend appeared not to have carbonated. A part of the bottles was therefore opened again and was re-blended with both two potent jonge lambikken and 50-month oude lambikken - all 3 Fonteinen - to give the Golden Blend a second push to bottle carbonation and additional depth. This way, the weighted average age of this blend currently is at more than 36 months, with the oude lambik being brewed at the beginning of 2016."

Kestemont Zwarte Bes
€15.69: 4"Blackcurrant, well known for its use in cassis, match perfectly with lambic. A recurring theme in our fruit beers is matching a fruit that is both sweet and sour with lambic, to complement its distinct aroma and character. Because of the blackcurrant, this beer has a particular soft purple shine. The berries are grown by ourselves, fully organic, and are added to the beer whole. As usual, the lambic is at least one year old. Together they ferment again for about four months on oaken barrels to create a beer with 125 grams of fruit per liter of beer. Another fermentation on the bottle yields a refreshing, sweet and sour finish filled with delicious blackcurrant aroma."

Bellwoods Motley Cru (2022)
€15.75"Motley Cru 2022 is a three year blend of spontaneous coolship beer. It was aged in neutral barrels and blended together to our taste, with the more mature beer providing classic wild fermentation characteristics and the younger beer exhibiting clean and fruity qualities. Combined, they provide the best of both worlds. In striking our preferred balance between older and newer barrels, we were also striving to create a beer that is simultaneously true to what we do and a nod to what Belgian Lambic breweries have been doing for centuries. Motley Cru 2022 boasts fruity aromas of passion fruit, damp forest floor and subtle oak. Clean pleasant acidity, reminiscent of sweet tart. Notes of green pepper and rhubarb as well."

€15.75: 4"The 3rd release of DANSAERT & the 1st collab brewed back in February 2020 with Juguetes Perdidos. This Flemish Red-inspired beer was coolshipped and barrel-fermented in reworked Bordeaux barrels. One barrel was also pitched with a culture JP brought from Argentina. They received this PH1 culture from Peter Bouckaert, who started the sour barrel-ageing program at New Belgium."
