    €20.95

"Original Sin Bourbon Barrel is a chocolate treasure-trove with deep boubon barrel overtones. The dark malt complexity of this imperial stout gives way to notes of milky mocha coffee, vanilla, and dark chocolate. Layered in between are soft, gentle aromas of warm caramels and praline with big flavours of oak and walnut from one year in wood. It’s long, lingering finish is utterly sinful."

    €20.95

"Off the Rack Australian Dark Rum 2022 features the robust toasted malt and coffee notes of our imperial stout, elegantly mellowed by the caramel and vanilla whispers of rum-soaked oak. Balanced yet complex, the delicate essence of spices meld with dark chocolate, toffee, and coconut hinting to the sun-soaked shores where the rum barrels matured."

  • Lervig Rackhouse Foeder...

    €11.75

"We brewed a traditional turbid mash as they would do in most Lambik breweries in Brussles to generate lots of starch for the Brett to work on slowly over a year of fermentation in our Foeders, giving a soft funkyness light sour edge with a balance of fruit forward sweetness from the apricots we added 1 month prior to packaging."

  • Lervig Rackhouse Dulce de...

    €20.95

Contains Lactose. "Inspired by the Latin American dessert, this pastry stout this offers a creamy, caramel sweetness characterized by toffee and butterscotch with a subtle vanilla finish. The bourbon flavours imparted by 13 months in the barrels contribute hints of caramel, pecan and nutmeg which complement the dessert-forward notes of this decadent beer.
Pour over a fresh churro and experience una delicia!"

  • Lervig Rackhouse Coconut...

    €20.95

"This beer is defined by a natural marriage of coconut, rum and bourbon which produce aromas of coconut cream pie. Upon the first sip, light notes of honey and spice dance on the tongue before freshly-brewed coffee intertwines with the dominant toasted coconut flavours. The finish has a boozy edge which is softened by vanilla-forward sweetness and oak lactones from both the coconut and 14 months in bourbon & rum barrels."

  • Lervig Rackhouse Chocolate...

    €20.95

"Introducing our new Imperial Stout: an 18-month-aged marvel in bourbon and rum barrels. Inspired by chocolate-dipped raisins, it entices with cocoa nibs, vanilla, and raisins. Complex, with sweet dark fruits and luscious chocolate, this velvety elixir reveals layers of indulgence. Crafted with passion, it’s an extraordinary masterpiece to savor. Cheers to extraordinary moments!"

"Stout aged in tennessee whiskey barrels for 10 months. We took our 3 bean stout a step further and spiced it up with a bit of heat and give it nudge with Norwegian cherry juice. And of course the barrel aging is the icing on this cake. Vanilla, coconut oak and a touch of the bourbon will satisfy your senses in full."

  • Lervig Paragon 2022

    €20.95

"Paragon 2022 brings together bourbon barrel-aged barley wine and masterfully expresses notes of dried figs, raisins, and vanilla, complemented by caramel, toffee, and chocolate notes from the malt. The result is a symphony of flavors that envelops your palate, disguising the alcohol content with finesse. It’s a testament to our dedication to the old style and the artistry of brewing, encapsulated in every bottle."

  • Lervig Paragon 2021

    €21.65

"Paragon 2021 showcases our patient and considered approach to tending nearly 60 different bourbon barrels for over 12 months. This edition of our distinguished barley wine displays strong notes of caramel and oak-ageing with hints of tabacco, fruit cake and vanilla. The finish is distinctly bourbon forward and complex with a balanced bitterness and perceived sweetness that gives way to a warming sensation from the 13.8% alcohol."

"Blackcurrant, well known for its use in cassis, match perfectly with lambic. A recurring theme in our fruit beers is matching a fruit that is both sweet and sour with lambic, to complement its distinct aroma and character. Because of the blackcurrant, this beer has a particular soft purple shine. The berries are grown by ourselves, fully organic, and are added to the beer whole. As usual, the lambic is at least one year old. Together they ferment again for about four months on oaken barrels to create a beer with 125 grams of fruit per liter of beer. Another fermentation on the bottle yields a refreshing, sweet and sour finish filled with delicious blackcurrant aroma."

  • Kestemont Oude Kriek met...

    €12.23

"Our Old style Kriek with cherries of the Schaarbeek variety is a variation of our Old Kriek. This beer is made with 100% organic Schaarbeek cherries, all grown ourselves. This type of cherries is becoming ever more rare, when they used to be omnipresent in the region for the production of Old Kriek. So we decided to start growing these ourselves on a couple of fields close to the brewery. The entire cherries are fermented in oaken barrels in lambic beer of at least one year old. After six months this transforms into Old Kriek with about 400 grams of cherries per liter of beer. Because of the second fermentation in the bottle, which carbonates the beer, you obtain a delicately soft taste and the distinctive foam head. A true delight for all senses with an harmonious balance between sweet and sour, and of course the added authenticity of the one and only Pajot kriek. Schaarbeek cherries are ever more scarce, which is a pity. After all, it is the original cherry variety for the...

"Juicy apricots, without the pit of course, and the aroma of lambic. That is the gist of our apricot beer. All the meat from the apricot is added to the barrels of lambic, which is at least one year old. After four months of fermentation on the barrel and another in the bottle, the beer contains about 300 grams of fruit per liter of beer. The sweetness of the apricots works wonders with the intensity of the lambic. A finger licking union indeed. Perfect to drink on a terrace in the sun, or just because you can. That's all the reason you need."

  • Kemker Stadt Land Bier

    €7.37

"Stadt Land Bier is our canvas for an easy drinking Saison. This batch was brewed with our own organic malt and Cascade and Saazer wholecone hops. Fermented with our houseculture and moderately dry hopped. This batch is now fresh and bitter with dominant grass and citrus notes. May develop complimenting sourness over the next months. Table strength."
