The HORAL Oude Geuze Megablend 2022 is a blend of young and old Lambics from all HORAL producers (Boon, De Cam, De Troch, Den Herberg, Eylenbosch, Hanssens, Kestemont, Lambiek Fabriek, Lindemans, Mort Subite, Oud Beersel, Tilquin and Timmermans).

The HORAL Oude Geuze Megablend 2022 is a blend of young and old Lambics from all HORAL producers (Den Herberg, Hanssens, Mort Subite, De Troch, Lambiek Fabriek, Boon, Lindemans, Timmermans, Tilquin, De Cam, and Oud Beersel).

The new Horal's Oude Gueuze Megablend for the 13th "Toer de Gueuze". It was made with lambics from 10 diffrent Brewers and blenders of gueuze: Boon, De Oude Cam, De Troch, Hanssens, Tilquin, Lambiek Fabriek, Lindemans, Mort Subite, Oud Beersel and Timmermans. Bottled in September 2020.

Farmhouse cider made with Jonagold, Boskoop and Sterappel/reinette étoilée aged for two months in Whiskey barrels.

Blond beer co-fermented with apple juice and with Champagne yeast.

"Black IPA brewed with a handfull of special malts and hopped in the kettle and tank with Ekuanot, El Dorado and Pacific Jade hops. Fermented with our house clean ale yeast strain Oswald has a light roast and dark chocolate flavours that work great with the hop flavours of pine, grass and citrus peel."

Noble Alerce is a mixed fermentation beer that patiently matured for eight months in Alerce barrels over 100 years old, which previously fermented apple chicha and, prior to that, beer from southern Chile. More noble impossible! This refreshing beer has a generous and fine carbonation, aromas that evoke the countryside and spices, and in the mouth it has a balanced acidity with fruity and spicy notes. Rustic and delicate at the same time, we are in the presence of a very noble beer!"

Alc. strong and tastes quite bitter. The complex taste is completed with the addition of liquorice. In the recipe we can also find pale malt, Munich malt, Caramel malt, Brewers Gold hops and Hallertau hops."

"Cider macerated with Pinot Noir pomace. Spontaneously fermented & barrel aged. The grapes were pressed, the pomace was macerated on cider from season 2022. The grape juice was co fermented & barrel aged with apple juice from season 2023 and released a few months later. In collaboration with Lovulum, Illegaal, Domaine Montaillant for Restaurant Savage in Brussels. Part of the 'Flat Tire Series'. Wine from Pinot Noir by Domaine Montaillant, Beer with Pinot Noir by Illegaal, Cider with Pinot Noir by De Mederie & Lovulum."

A spontanious wild ale with riesling grapes aged in oak barrels for two years.

Aged on Puligny Montrachet Barrels for 2,5 years. best before 11/2023
