  • Oud Beersel Oude Gueuze...

    €10.37

"During an extended maturation of almost four years, the Lambic from Foeder 21 went through a maderisation process. This Lambic was mixed with Lambics from two other foeders of the same origin, all of which were used for white wine in the past. This creates a unique taste experience"

  • Oud Beersel Oude Gueuze...

    €11.49

Blend of different lambics aged in "oude Pijpen" (650 liter barrels used to transport Porto from Portugal to Belgium, these are between 60 and 120 year old barrels).

  • Oud Beersel Oude Gueuze...

    €10.37

"In the past Port wine was shipped to the harbours of Bruges and Antwerp on wooden barrels of 650 liters, called ‘pipes’ or ‘pijpen’ in Dutch. Some of these barrels were purchased by Lambic breweries and have contained Lambic for many generations. Some barrels have been circulating in other, some defunct, Lambic breweries before finding their final place in the barrel cellars of Oud Beersel. We have blended the finest Lambics of on average 20 months old matured on these ‘old pipes’ of between 60 and 120 years old, to create an Oude Geuze with the characteristics of these old barrels."

  • Oud Beersel Oude Gueuze...

"Demi-Muids are wooden barrels up to 650 liters with thick staves. The Demi-Muids at Oud Beersel , which were purchased in 2013, had previously held Chateauneuf-du-Pape and Bordeaux red wines for 9 years. Since making their way to Oud Beersel, these Demi-Muids have been exclusively used to age Lambic."

  • Siren Burst Into Song

    €7.91

"Bold acidity and bright fruit work in concert in this variation on a theme of 2017 release Acid Jam. The spirited call and response of fresh orange zest and rich oak deliver a sweet and sour treat. Burst Into Song was housed in four different barrel types. White Wine (Chardonnay) barrels held 55% of the beer, and Rum accounted for 25%. The remaining 20% was split in equal measure between Triple Sec and Bourbon."

  • Siren Fireside

    €11.91

"This beer is inspired by cool nights in the great outdoors; sharing stories under the stars with a mug of hot cocoa, a full hip flask and marshmallows toasting over the glowing embers. Our Fireside blend is made up of some incredible dark beers, including some Barrel Aged Draugen, which is providing the underlying wisp of oakey smoke in the air. A heartwarming companion to the season."

  • Siren Four Companions

    €14.41

"Eighteen months in wine barriques has enhanced this delicate yet powerful Quad, adding red berries and woody tannins to its complex array of flavour. Deep auburn, with aromas of sweet toffee, burnt candy and subtle spiciness."

  • Siren Gather and Store

    €8.89

"This Autumnal sour blend is drawn entirely from beer aged and re-fermented in red wine barrels, showing beautiful mature grape character. Expect citrus and berry aromas, rustic sweet barley, fresh stone fruits, balancing acidity and drying oak tannins. "

  • Siren Haunted House

    €12.39

"Fresh out of barrel the beer is full of chocolate notes, which Haunted House elevates further with cacao husks. These husks add some light milk chocolate notes, making sure everything stays drinkable through different dimensions of sweetness, with toasted coconut chips joining in creamy harmony in a sequence of sensations. There’s a lot going on here, but the strength of the beer is up to the task of allowing this beer to excite and delight with each sip."

  • Siren Static Charge

    €8.61

"An amber saison inspired by skin contact wine, aged on pomace of pressed grapes and fruit from previous projects. Clean, direct acidity intertwines amidst grape, berry and stone fruit flavours, with a dry, tannic finish. "

  • Siren Waltzer

    €12.39

"Fresh out of barrel the beer already has a depth of coffee and chocolate flavour. Waltzer amps these notes up and spins them around with the addition of our own rum barrel aged coffee beans, a collaborative project with Quarter Horse roasters. This accentuates the boozy tones of the beer with some rum character while adding a resonant coffee hit. Complexity of acidity, biscuity notes, cherries and dried fruits all begins to swirl with the heady overtones of the base beer in an intoxicating treat"

  • Strange Companion Facing...

    €12.59

Mauritius Rum Barrel Aged Old Ale with smoked plums.

  • Stu Mostów / Little Earth...

    €6.97

"Biere de Table is one of the first non-fruit releases in the #Wild series. Brewed in collaboration with the Little Earth Project in November 2019. Our partner is a brewery located in Suffolk, famous for its historic and wild beers that are fermented with local wild yeast and bacteria. We couldn't miss this opportunity and decided that this beer would be co-fermented with our own wild yeast blend and Little Earth home strain, harvested from apple skins from their own farm in Sudbury, UK. We chose only the best barrels from this small vat, and then mixed them with 10 percent aged Saison fermented with brewing and wild strains." BB 06/2021
