Season 2022-2023 Assemblage #10. bottled on 22/11/2022. "For this Oude specific Geuze, we blended lambikken from three different barrels and six different brews, brewed by both Brouwerij Lindemans (35%) and ourselves (65%). More than half of the lambikken were two-year and three-year lambikken, rendering the weighted average age of the blend upon bottling to moren than 22 months. All cereals used with the 3 Fonteinen brews were sourced in our own Cereal Collective."

Season 2022-2023 Assemblage #11. bottled on 24/11/2022. "For this specific Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken from three different barrels and six different brews, brewed by both Brouwerij Lindemans (33%) and ourselves (67%). More than half of the lambikken were two-year and three-year lambikken, rendering the weighted average age of the blend upon bottling to more than 22 months. All cereals used with the 3 Fonteinen brews were sourced in our own Cereal Collective."

Blend of young & old lambics

Season 2020-2021 Assemblage #1. bottled on 08/12/2020. This Oude Geuze has been blended with lambikken from eight different barrels and originating from eight different brews. More than 60% of the blend consists of 3 Fonteinen lambic, of which almost 10% was brewed with our own Brabant-grown cereals of the Finistère variety. More than 40% of the blend consists of old lambikken, of which the oldest portion was brewed in the first days of 2018."

Gueuze made with a blend of easy-drinking lambics

"BGM24 FUTURE Double Philly Sour IPA is a beer prepared in cooperation with the Japanese UCHU Brewing, as part of the promotion of the Beer Geek Madness 2024 festival. A powerful dose of refreshing fruit in the Sour IPA style, topped up with aromatic Strata hops and fruit purees of strawberries, bananas and calamansi. , which are complemented by aromatic additions of vanilla, coconut and cinnamon. Its sourness comes from a special strain of yeast that also produces lactic acid during fermentation."

Spontaneous fermented, coolshipped and aged in wooden barrels and matureed with Barbera grapes.

"A West-Flanders IPA aged our Friendship foeder. Hops from Forrest Farm-Warneton."

Blond ale matured and soured in oak casks.
