"This is already the second collaboration with the PINTA brewery in Wroclaw. This time, we decided to conduct an experiment. The beer was fermented using Scandinavian Hornindal yeast, which is extremely interesting due to its fast fermentation rate and high temperature at which it occurs. Thanks to this, the aromatic profile is unique and full of fruity esters. We went one step further and used the kettle sour method to acidify the wort, and after fermentation, we added incredibly aromatic calamansi, coconut flakes, and vanilla. "Aoltbeer is the historic beer of Münster. To this small batch no. 08-2022 we have added organically grown Pinot blanc from piri naturel (Nahe). After two months of maceration in the beer, we pressed the concoction and let it mature in barrels for one year. Bottled in December 2022, 900 bottles."

Imperial Flanders Red aged in french oak and Chilean Alerce then aged with sour cherries.

Pastry Sour brewed with cherries and lactose and then aged for 6 months in Burgundy Pinot Noir barrels. BB is 20/20/2023

Triple kriek - oak aged.

"An evolution of the very first Wadesda, a blend of Jambe-de-Bois and Cantillon lambic, making the Wadesda #9 a Tripel Saison: a stronger version of the original Saisons. She is amber in colour and has those typical characteristics of Lambic: woody with a strong funky nose of Brettanomyces, with quince and fallen apples. This is followed by white flowers, old kirsch and persimmon, and even a hint of curry leaves. A very winey character, as it should be! All of this blends perfectly with the classic aromas of tripels, like pears and bananas. Her strong alcohol percentage enhances her vinous qualities and gives a certain roundness to a finale that is quite dry and almost mineral. Intoxicating and complex, but refreshing and drinkable!"
