Second edition iof the Megablend featuring oud bruins from: Bourgogne des Flandres, Brouwerij Alvinne, Brouwerij De Leite, Brouwerij De Ranke, Brouwerij Toye, Brouwerij Verhaeghe, Dok Brewing Company, Brouwerij Omer Vander Ghinste, Seizoens - Brouwerij Vandewalle, Brouwerij Strubbe, Brouwerij 't Verzet, Brouwercomplanie Rolling Hills.

"For this beer, we were inspired by the world of whiskey, where it is customary to finish aged whiskeys in barrels with a specific taste. In this way, complexity is added to the final product. In this series we finish Oud Bruin , which has matured for at least a year in oak wine barrels, in wooden barrels of a different type of wood, sometimes the barrels are fresh, sometimes with another drink. This time: Bocoy barrels. 700L barrels of chestnut wood in which Spanish wine from the Jerez region has matured. The barrels add aromas of nuts, tobacco, spices and balsamic."

Vintage 2019. Blend of Sweet - Thick Imperial Stout (16%) with Sour/Acetic Oud Bruin (Lots of Balsamico notes).

Stronger version of Oud Bruin barrel aged on barrels from the Dolle Brouwers.

"Duchesse de Bourgogne from Brouwerij Verhaeghe is the traditional Flemish red ale. This refreshing ale is matured in oak casks; smooth with a rich texture and interplay of passion fruit, and chocolate, and a long, dry and acidic finish. After the first and secondary fermentation, the beer goes for maturation into the oak barrels for 18 months. The final product is a blend of younger 8 months old beer with 18 months old beer. The average age of the Duchesse de Bourgogne before being bottled is 12 months."

Strong and Hoppy (Citra, Chinook & Colombus) American Barley Wine.

Barrel Aged Stout - Elijah Craig Barrels. 10% - Barley Malt - Golden Promise, Oats, Chocolate Malt. Columbus Hops.Nottingham Yeast.

Imperial Stout brewed with speculoos cookies and lactose aged in bourbon barrels. Best before is 01/12/2023

"Sprong is a blend of wild ales, aged in oak puncheons (500L) for around 2.5 years, and a barrel fermented and aged saison type of beer. This saison was fermented in a large oak vessel and later transferred to oak barriques (225L) for another 6 months. Prior to blending the two parts together, the saison was slightly dryhopped for another 3 months. We've added a touch of Sicilian sage to the final blend to macerate a few days before bottling."

Wild ale dry hopped with Saaz hops.

"Our take on a classic style of beer. A blend of fresh and aged Flemish brown Ale. 60% of the blend was aged for over 1,5 years in a red wine foudre and after that the beer was aged for another year in bordeaux wine barriques. We also blended in a few bourbon barrel aged brown ale to give the blend a hint of American oak."

"Franc is a wild ale with Cabernet Franc and a touch of Kékfrankos red wine grapes. After maceration with the grapes, we aged the beer further for another year and a half on a foeder that previously contained Amarone wine from Veneto, Italy. This rounded out the beer and gave it more complexity and depth. Before bottling we added a small amount of a comparatively younger beer with Kékfrankos grapes, to give the overall blend some freshness. It starts with a delicate aroma of fresh strawberries, cherries and rose petals, followed by the wine notes of the barrel and some funk. In the first moments of tasting the beer you will get jammy red fruits like blackberries, cherries and raspberries, after which fresh plums and roasted bell pepper follow. The barrel gives the beer a rich spicy, almost chocolaty and smoky flavour."
