When we made the original Times 8, we thought we could kill craft with a beer that brought an over-the-top, 16% ABV imperial pasty stout together with a Willy Wonka assortment of vanilla, cocoa, maple syrup, butterscotch and coconut. But once again, we were mistaken – we forgot to age it in barrels. So to put the cherry on top of this ridiculous collab, we placed the beer in fresh bourbon barrels for a year to suck out all of the spicy, vanilla oaky notes and smooth, boozy finish. We’re sure you’re going to love this monster of a stout – just make sure you bring an insulin shot and a pint of Pilsner to wash it down. "

"A very special variation of our Soyouz base beer, cold-infused with some fresh Ecuador cacao roasted Frederick Blondeel and Ecuador whole coffee beans from Café Delahaut. Of note, we collected the cacao and coffee beans directly from their production site and infused them within 24h after the roasting process, in order to perfectly preserve their delicate aroma.
The blend creates a beautiful bouquet of chocolate, coffee, nuts, praliné and red fruits. As always, the Soyouz base beer has a marked bitterness that creates some balance and reminds the bitterness of coffee and cocoa. Open between 10-12°C and allow to open and warm up throughout the tasting."

"Brewed in January 2021 with our Pils malt, Italian cara50 malt and a touch of chocolate, the recipe calls for the addition of muscovado sugar at various stages of production. Matured for 17 months in American Rye and Irish Whiskey barrels. The choice fell on this type of barrel to emphasize the spices and the particular aromas of ripe fruit of the Westmall yeast. The aromatic part is distinguished by the powerful balance between all the components. Wood, distillate, charred, vanilla from the barrels; milk chocolate, dried fruit, warm caramel, sweet roasts from malts; prunes in syrup, esters and phenols contained, dryness coming from the yeast. This Quadrupel turns out to be deep, introverted and full of nuances, like autumn that has just begun"

"Then you Roast the Mallow is an imperial stout brewed with graham crackers in the mash and lactose, brown sugar and marshmallow fluff in the kettle and boiled for multiple hours. Post fermentation we steeped the finished beer on graham crackers, marshmallow and cocoa nibs which lend to the overall sweetness, but impart flavors of baker's chocolate and roasted liquid marshmallow.
