Pack consisting of a botlte of Oude Gueuze Cuvée Jean-François and a bottle of Oude Gueuze from the season 2021-2022. A few words about the new blend: "GUEUZE TILQUIN À L'ANCIENNE – CUVÉE JEAN-FRANCOIS 1759 was blended on 23 june 2022 in honor of Jean-François Tilquin (1759 - 1832), with 10% 2-year old lambics and 90% 3-year old lambics, all matured in oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer was refermented and matured in the bottle for 1 year. It is part of our Family Tree Project: a different blend for each member of the Tilquin family tree."

Pack consisting of a botlte of Gueuzérable and Oude Gueuze from the season 2020-2021. Gueuzérable: "Same recipe as first release in season 2017-2018. Beer of spontaneous fermentation, the Gueuzérable Tilquin is made from the fermentation of organic canadian maple syrup in a blend of 1, 2 and 3 years old lambics aged on oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle."

Magnum. "The Gueuze Tilquin à l’ancienne (7.0% alc / vol) is a spontaneous fermentation beer obtained from the blending of 1, 2 and 3 years old lambics. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, it is re-fermented in the bottle for a minimum period of 6 months. The lambics used were fermented and matured in our own oak barrels at the blendery. They are made from worts brewed by Boon, Lindemans, Girardin and Cantillon. The taste is tart and dry but has a certain roundness that makes this Gueuze à l’ancienne particularly accessible for non-experts. It will also delight fans of the genre for its sweet complexity. It also has a slight dry bitterness because of the youth of the oak barrels used, as they still release some tannins. It has a fresh lemony nose."

The Meerts Tilquin series was made by fermenting fruit that had already been used once. The fruit was fermented for a period of 4 months in a blend of 80% 1 year old Meerts and 20% of a blend of different 2 year old lambics. Meerts (or March Beer) is a low strength lambic, which was originally produced with the weaker wort obtained from the rinsing of the grains. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, they are refermented in the bottle. There are 12 bottles with 6 different fruits: Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Riesling,Syrah, Roussanne and Airelle Sauvage.
