"Stigbergets has worked with Yakima Chief Hops for so long that it’s almost criminal we’re only making a beer with them now. Often it is those closest to us we take the most for granted. Drawing inspiration from our beloved West Coast we’ve taken this opportunity to use a variety of cryogenically frozen hops (Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe) from YCH for maximum freshness and intensity and obviously deliciousness."
