Unblended 3 year old Lambic brewed in 2014 and bottled in 2017.

This particular Hommage has macerated for 6 months with organic raspberries and cherries, and the final fruit intensity is 350 grams of fruit per litre. While blending, local honey was added.

Blend made of 1,2 & 3 year old lambics (Boon, Girardin and their own brewed lambic they call: "Spierelambic" after the tiny river that runs near the brewery).

Vintage 2022. Golden ale aged in oak barrels, with beetroots.

Vintage 2021. Wild/ Sour dark ale aged in oak barrels

"In Gooik's fields ripen the most beautiful apples, those appels ferment together with lambic to this Pajotse cider. This variety of apples gives an intense extra flavor to the lambic that is fermented on wooden barrels. 45kg on 100 liters young lambic."

Cuvée Saison (Blend of Saison, Brett Saison, Sour Saison) with organic peaches from Ordal (Barcelona).

"Xino Xano is our spring/summer seasonal release. We use a traditional no boil Berliner Weisse brewing method, 50% organic Belgian malted barley, 25% Belgian malted wheat, 25% Spanish flaked wheat, co-fermentation with our house yeast and lactic acid bacteria, then finished with a big dry hop addition (variety varies). Tart, tropical and refreshing, it's perfect for quenching your thirst. Best drunk after a long cycle or at the beach overlooking the sea!"

Assemblage #25.Magnum bottled on 21/02/18. Blend made with 100% lambic brewed by 3 Fonteinen from 6 different barrels originating from 5 different brews. The oldest lambic was brewed in January 2015.

Season 18/19 Assemblage #9. Bottled on 28/11/18. This particular Hommage has macerated a bit more than 6 months.The maceration ratio is 72% raspberries and 28% cherries.

This particular Hommage has macerated 4.5 months with the fruits The one-year and two-year lambics come from 6 different barrels and from 7 different brews. Final fruit intensity is of 350 grams of fruit (76% raspberries and 24% cherries) per liter of Hommage.

Season 2018-2019 Assemblage #91. bottled on 06/11/18. Blend made from 7 different barrels originating from 7 different brews. A portion of this blend was bottled in 37.5cl bottles.

A Belgian style farmhouse tripel, brett, Morpheusyeast and a Vermouth barrel. That, time and that magic Alvinne juju. At Alvinne, we are storytellers, what a great story this beer tells.
