Kees / Two Chefs It's...
€4.99: 1"In a galaxy far far away, three chefs put their heads together and created a brand-new beer. Get in your spaceship and join them in the galaxy. Taste flavours from beyond this world and get your head up in the clouds. This Westcoast double ipa brings you to different worlds. A collab with Two Chefs Brewing and Kees, who started his career as a chef too, must be good!"

De la Senne / Dieu du Ciel...
€3.24"A collab we did with our friends from Dieu du Ciel brewery in Montreal, Quebec. Brussels and Quebec share plenty of things, including our fantastic array of swear words. 'Crisse!' is one of the iconic curses from La Belle Province, and we thought it deserved its own beer... Our friends insisted on calling it a 'Triple du Nouveau Monde.' Indeed, it's a fairly robust blonde (7.5%), packed with a good dose of spelt and fermented with our in-house yeast for that Belgian twist. However, it's heavily hopped with North American hops (from the USA to be precise), carefully chosen by J-F, who is the master brewer of DDC. The result is a super aromatic beer, bursting with exotic fruits like pink grapefruit, passion fruit, starfruit, prickly pear, and yuzu. This fruity explosion is complemented by complex floral notes and backed by a slightly resinous touch. Its bitterness is subtle but present (we make beer, not fruit juice!), balanced by a nice, soft body, with a low CO2 saturation to up its drinkability. A beer that brings a bit of summer to the heart of this gloomy winter and that will warm you up pleasantly!"

Stu Mostów / Third Moon New...
€5.97"BGM24 FUTURE New England DIPA is a beer prepared in cooperation with the Canadian Third Moon, as part of the promotion of the Beer Geek Madness 2024 festival. Expect a decrease in the bitterness level in favor of an intense hop aroma and fruity character! The cloudy, velvety body, fermented with a home-made yeast strain, hides a powerful dose of tropical and citrus fruits, including notes of mango, melon and grapefruit, with a subtle share of blueberry, strawberry and spice notes."

Stu Mostów / Beak West...
€5.97"BGM24 FUTURE West Coast DIPA is a beer prepared in cooperation with the British Beak Brewing, as part of the promotion of the Beer Geek Madness 2024 festival. Fans and anti-fans of high bitterness will not be disappointed, because a solid dose of bitterness and hoppiness awaits you, which balances the cookie-like character obtained using the decoction technique. Resin, herbal, earthy and licorice notes are the characteristics of Columbus hops, which are responsible for the bitterness of the beer."
