"The Framboise Boon is a spontaneous fermentation beer with young Lambic from Lembeek, matured in oak barrels, with ripe raspberries and a small amount of cherries. The delicate taste of Lambic, combined with the velvety taste of raspberry make Framboise Boon a very pleasant aperitif-rosé beer. The brewery guarantees quality by the use of 300g of raspberry per liter of beer."

"Boon Geuze Mariage Parfait has an alcohol content of 8%. It consists of 95% mild lambic, aged at least three years and specially reserved for this purpose, and 5% young lambic. The latter provides the fermentable sugars and wild yeasts. After mixing in a vessel of 25,000 litres, the wort (unfermented mixture) is filtered and chilled. If we are bottling, we bring it back to fermentation temperature. The bottles are placed in a climate-controlled space for the secondary fermentation. This is followed by maturing at low temperature for at least 6 months. Want to know the bottling date? Simply subtract 20 years from the “best before” date! The soft, mildly sour berry taste, harmonises with the oak barrels’ aromas in which Geuze Mariage Parfait has ripen. The body speaks of vanilla f...

"The Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N° 6 restores the typical aftertaste, long and dry, but also round in the mouth, which we are used to. With a touch of very fresh and slightly sparkling citrus, Boon Black Label N° 6 can be described as a very elegant, harmonious and mellow old-fashioned Gueuze. In his complexity, we will also note a light touch of vinous oak wood in addition to the bittersweet nuance that bring together flavors in a balanced way. This Edition N ° 6 was bottled on August 26, 2020 and was able to mature in the cellars of our brewery for at least 10 months. The blend is a blend of one, two and three year old lambics that have matured in oak barrels. The Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N° 6 is a perfect beer for the aperitif. It is also an ideal gueuze fo...

"This Edition N ° 5 was bottled on November 14th, 2019 and has been able to mature in our cellars for at least one year. Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N ° 5 brings back the typical long, dry aftertaste, yet very full-bodied taste that we are used to from a Boon Black Label. With a very fresh grapefruit touch and a light sparkle you can describe the Boon Black Label N ° 5 as a very elegant, smooth and tender Oude Geuze.Overall you can still notice a light, wine-like oak wood touch on top of the soft-sour undertone that brings the flavors together in a balanced way"

"This Oude Geuze consists of a blend of 1 and 3 year old lambic, that was aged on two special oak foeders which were originally used before by a French producer of a famous white bubbly wine. We aren't allowed to mention its name, but you’ll definitely taste what we’re talking about. We really treasure our yearly collaboration with Boon, because it allows us to push boundaries and play around with a very traditional beer style together with some of the most skilled lambic producers in the world."
