From Alvinne's Facebook: " It was supposed to be Barrels out of Bond, but a typo decided otherwise ?? This one is my absolute favorite. It's great in it's simplicity, yet so complex. A Belgian style farmhouse tripel, brett, Morpheusyeast and a Vermouth barrel. That, time and that magic Alvinne juju. At Alvinne, we are storytellers, what a great story this beer tells. Oh, and about those Barrels out of B(l)ond, pretty sure many Fellows will love this story as well ... The Dwarves are captured by the Elves and brought before the Elven-king, but Bilbo evades discovery by using the Ring. The Dwarves refuse to tell Thranduil why they were in the forest, and are locked up in separate cells as a result. Bilbo, invisible, wanders Thranduil’s halls until hatching a plan. He discovers that barrels of wine, sent by the men of Lake-town, periodically enter the castle through an underground river, and the Elves return the empty barrels in the same manner. "During an extended maturation of almost four years, the Lambic from Foeder 21 went through a maderisation process. This Lambic was mixed with Lambics from two other foeders of the same origin, all of which were used for white wine in the past. This creates a unique taste experience"

"Aoltbeer is the historic beer of Münster. To this small batch no. 08-2022 we have added organically grown Pinot blanc from piri naturel (Nahe). After two months of maceration in the beer, we pressed the concoction and let it mature in barrels for one year. Bottled in December 2022, 900 bottles."

Season 2021-2022. Assemblage #47. Bottled on 11/03/2022. "Nocturne is a spontaneously fermented full malt beer. Not your typical lambik beer, but our take on a Vlaams Oud Bruin. The beer was brewed with five different barley malts, from pilsner malt to dark roasted malts, and no wheat whatsoever. This batch was brewed in April 2019 with more lighter malt, and put on oak barrels for three years before we blended it with a small portion of freshly brewed Nocturne. The weighted average age of this beer upon bottling is 33 months."
