Season 2021-2022. Assemblage #47. Bottled on 11/03/2022. "Nocturne is a spontaneously fermented full malt beer. Not your typical lambik beer, but our take on a Vlaams Oud Bruin. The beer was brewed with five different barley malts, from pilsner malt to dark roasted malts, and no wheat whatsoever. This batch was brewed in April 2019 with more lighter malt, and put on oak barrels for three years before we blended it with a small portion of freshly brewed Nocturne. The weighted average age of this beer upon bottling is 33 months."

Dark sour ale (Sigma) aged for 6 months in red wine barrels.

Dark sour ale (Sigma) aged for 6 months in red wine barrels and then with blueberries.

Phi aged in red wine barrels for approx 8 months.

Fruit sour, aged on Gin barrel, macerated on dried medlar, sloeberry and silverberry

Phi (Blond Sour) aged with rhubabrb and then dry hopped with Amarillo hops.

Sigma (Dark sour) macerated with Forest Fruits (Blackberries, Blueberries and Raspberries) for over 2 months.

Sigma (Dark sour) and Phi (Blond Sour) Blended and aged with blackcurrant.

"Smokey Islands is the result of a collaboration with Gili Drinks. Phi was aged for several months on a Kilchoman peated whisky barrel, was blended with fresh ginger juice, some honey and pineapple pulp (400l beer/200 l juice ratio). We gave this "cocktail" some time to blend in well, resulting in a spicy fruity smoky sour. This is not just another ginger beer, with Smokey Island we once again challenge you to #dare to go wild."

A Belgian style farmhouse tripel, brett, Morpheusyeast and a Vermouth barrel. That, time and that magic Alvinne juju. At Alvinne, we are storytellers, what a great story this beer tells. Oh, and about those Barrels out of B(l)ond, pretty sure many Fellows will love this story as well ... "This edition is a barrel aged wild ale blended with the recent harvest of 2021 Gamay Grapes. It’s a nod to the Beaujolais Nouveau style, which celebrates young wine, fresh fruit, and bright flavours."
