"Our first three Session Meads were very warmly welcomed by craft beer public, but we knew we could do even better. Upcoming in about two weeks (by the end of November) we are going to release the newest version of our Session Mead - this time with black currant, blueberries, local floral honey and a lot of herbs and spices (basil, coriander, lavender, rosemary, thyme, fennel, marjoram, tarragon, orange peels). We balanced the sweetness, increased the intensity of berry flavours and backed it up with funky and herbal tones of the wide choice of herbs and spices. Walking on this Meadow will become a memorable experience you´ll want to repeat more and more"
"This West Coast IPA is true to style. Crisp, but with massive bitterness and a fruity direction. Do not be fooled by its apparent lightness." Last items in stock
"As we were designing our core line, we quickly realized that we needed a monster. And this is it. Big, brash, pitch black, and in your face. But like all monsters, it has a soft spot. And that is dark chocolate! "
"The winter is coming to an end, and, after liters of stouts, porters, bocks and other malt-oriented styles, we started to miss hops. And we made up for it, big time. Let us instroduce the Hop Charger! A classic Double IPA like we like it - citruses, tropical fruits, piney notes and refreshing hoppy bitterness in a crispy, medium body. Let´s recharge our hop taste buds all the way to 100 %!"
"Did you know that it is almost impossible to buy an already roasted black pepper in Czechia? We learnt this the hard way. The brewing day of this beer was a day when even men cried. Stinging smoke from roasted pepper left no eye dry in the brewery. But it was worth it. Roasting intensifies the aroma. And we made sure to get it all. Then we balanced this with the acidity of the Sumac spice, with hoppy bitterness of Magnum hops, spicy-fruity hoppiness of Bramling Cross hops and added black currant for refreshing fruity goodness. This beer has a lot to reveal. Give it a chance, it´s well worth the effort."
"Two brains are better than one, so, following this phylosophy, we sat down as a team and came up with a recipe for a 15°P NEIPA with a blasting composition of hops - Idaho-7, Motueka, Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo. The result is a medium body ale with intensive levels of haziness, with an exotic aroma of citruses and hops, and with a smooth taste profile that slowly accelerates it´s intensity of hops and citruses all the way to a pleasant aftertaste. United we´re stronger than ever before."
