All the orders are packed and send in max 4 workable days after receiving the payment. Our products are packed in bubble wrap and reinforced carton boxes. The parcels are sent through Bpost International. After your order is sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow the progress of the delivery.

Our return policy: In case of non-conformity with the products received, you have 7 calendar days to present us a claim by email with a copy of the delivery notice and pictures of the whole box and its contents.
