Shipping & Returns

All the orders are packed and send in max 4 workable days after receiving the payment. Our products are packed in bubble wrap and reinforced carton boxes. The parcels are sent through Bpost International or TNT Post. After your order is sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow the progress of the delivery.

When checking out, you will have three possibilities:

  1. Store Pickup (Walk-In): After you have made your order, you can come pick it up without any additional costs.
  2. Zone Rates (Shipping to your country): Your order is shipped to the address you have selected on our site. If you pay through PayPal, please check that the delivery address appearing on your PayPal account is the same delivery address you have selected.
  3. Reservation (Later Shipment): The items you have ordered will be kept in our warehouse until you have purchased enough to fill a box, you wish to receive them or we have reached the end of the quarter. All items must be shipped by the end of each quarter (20th of Mars, 20th of June, 20th of September and 20th of December) following the purchase date of the first reservation order. Once the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a PayPal invoice for the shipping costs.

Our return policy: In case of non-conformity with the products received, you have 7 calendar days to present us a claim by email with a copy of the delivery notice and pictures of the whole box and its contents.
