General Sales Conditions
We are selling glassware for collectors, including not opened bottles. The sale is based on a value for the container and not for the content. All our objects are suitably packed for a transport under normal conditions. We decline any responsibility for any breakage and/or missing items which could occur during the transport to the final destination, especially if it is the consequence of any intervention, like bad repackaging, by local authorities during or after inspection, or if it is due to the local legislation. The buyer expressively declares and warrants to Etre Gourmet SPRL, that he/she has the legal age to buy our products, that the local legislation in his/her country and/or state allows him to buy the products chosen, and that he/she will assume any responsibility, including payment of import duties, penalties or any other legal actions taken against Etre Gourmet SPRL by any local authorities due to any false declaration. Payment of the items bought must be done immediately. In case no proof of payment has been received by the seller within 3 open days after sales confirmation, seller will be allowed to consider the transaction as void, without any indemnity for the buyer. The transit time can take between 1 and 6 weeks. Therefore, the buyer formally accepts not to present any claim for non-delivery before 6 weeks after the date of shipment. Any other claims concerning the product has to be presented by mail, to Etre Gourmet SPRL, at latest 7 days after being received, with all possible proofs such as copy of the delivery bill including a statement from the buyer or the transport company, photographs, etc. . Any dispute has to be solved exclusively following Belgian laws and by a Belgian Court in the French speaking part of the country, with the exclusive use of French in all documents (original or duly translated) and debates. By paying the objects sold to him/her, the buyer formally accepts all our sales conditions.
